Pursuant to Senate Bill (SB) 1505 (Statues of 2006), the California Air Resources Board (ARB) is to develop regulations for the production of hydrogen as a transportation fuel. The regulations will encompass standards for renewable energy, criteria pollutants and greenhouse gases.
