Clean Fuels Outlet Regulation
The Air Resources Board modifyied the Clean Fuels Outlet regulation (California Code of Regulations Title 13, Chapter 8) to address the near-term needs for hydrogen infrastructure brought on by increasing numbers of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles mandated under the Zero Emission Vehicle regulation.

Environmental Standards for Hydrogen Production
Pursuant to Senate Bill (SB) 1505 (Statues of 2006), the California Air Resources Board (ARB) is to develop regulations for the production of hydrogen as a transportation fuel. The regulations will encompass standards for renewable energy, criteria pollutants and greenhouse gases.
